Possession: The bill was mine. I gave it to a cashier who said "Your money has 'Stamp Money Out of Politics' on it! Did you know that was there?" "Yes," I said, "I put it there." But out the dozens I've handed out, none have been reported, so I am starting my own ball rolling. Cheers!
