Ben Cohen (President and Treasurer of PPI), Co-founder and Former CEO, Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream
Ben also founded Business Leaders for Sensible Priorities and TrueMajority. He has served on the boards of Heifer International, Oxfam America, Greenpeace, and Hampshire College. He is the recipient of the U.S. Small Businessperson of the Year Award, several honorary doctorates, and is the author of several books.

Richard Foos, CEO & Co-Founder, Shout! Factory
Richard Foos was the Co-Founder of Rhino Records, which was sold to Time Warner in 1998. He serves on the boards of the Chrysalis, The Nation Institute, Government Accountability Project, and Little Kids Rock

Danny Goldberg, CEO, GoldVe Entertainment
Danny’s past positions have included President of Atlantic Records, Chairman of Warner Bros. Records and President of Mercury Records. He serves on the Boards of the Nation Institute, Brave New Films, The ACLU Foundation of Southern California and Americans for Peace Now and is the Chair of The American Symphony Orchestra. Goldberg is the author of the books “How The Left Lost Teen Spirit” and “Bumping Into Geniuses.”

Dal LaMagna (Secretary of PPI), CEO IceStoneUSA
Dal founded Tweezerman Corporation in 1980 and sold it in 2005 to the Zwilling J.A. Henckels Company. He serves as a Trustee to the Bainbridge Graduate Institute (BGI), which awards MBAs in sustainable business. He is the Executive Producer of five films, four or them about the Iraq War: “The War Tapes”, “The Ground Truth”, “Iraq for Sale” and “Meeting Resistance” and one about Sudan “War Child, Emmanuel Jal”. Dal received his MBA in 1971 and MPA in 2001 both from Harvard.

Nina Turner, Fmr. Ohio State Senator
Most recently a progressive leader in the Ohio Senate, Nina Turner is a college professor, motivational speaker, frequent media commentator, and author. She has worked in leadership at the Ohio Democratic Party and as an elected member of the Cleveland City Council—both opportunities that demonstrated her ability to unify opposing ideologies in critical circumstances. Turner is also a highly sought-after public speaker who has traveled across North America to inspire action and instill hope in crowds of more than 20,000 for bold causes like labor, women’s reproductive health, voting rights, and income inequality. Her gifted speech-making and commitment to progressive ideals led her to be the Democratic candidate for Ohio’s Secretary of State in 2014 and more recently a national surrogate for Senator Bernie Sanders during the tumultuous 2016 Democratic presidential primary.

Judy Wicks, Founder, White Dog Café
Judy Wicks is co-founder of the Business Alliance for Local Living Economies (BALLE), a network of over 20,000 independent local businesses in the US and Canada working to move economic power from Wall Street to Main Street. She also founded the Sustainable Business Network of Greater Philadelphia as well as Fair Food, which connects local family farms with the Philadelphia marketplace.
