WE DID IT! With over 26 events across the country, over 18,000 people stamping, over 45,000 tuning-in on The Young Turks Network, and over 1.9 million bills marked with messages like “Not To Be Used To Bribe Politicians” and “Stamp Money Out Of Politics,” January 21, 2018 marked the biggest decentralized protest against Citizens United, the disastrous Supreme Court ruling that allowed billionaires and corporations to buy access and influence in Statehouses, Congress, and the White House. An Ongoing Protest and Demand For Reform
Just two weeks after the massive J21 Stamp-a-Thon, over 1,000 bills have been found and logged on our website. The beautiful thing about stamping is that you can do it anywhere, anytime, with anyone. And the amazing thing about stamping is that as the stamped bills circulate an estimated 875 people will see the message over the course of the next two years. The key is to keep stamping. Together, we can massive protest and demonstration of demand to overturn Citizens United and get big money out of politics.
