Human M1 macrophages for gene expression studies are derived from screened human peripheral blood and supplied as 1.5 x 10⁶ frozen cells. These pro-inflammatory cells express CD11b, essential for phagocytosis and pathogen recognition. Free from mycoplasma, bacteria, fungi, and yeast, they are ideal for in vitro research.
