Human M0 macrophages for gene expression studies are isolated from peripheral blood and delivered as 1.5 x 10⁶ cryopreserved cells. These cells express CD11b, a key marker involved in pathogen recognition and cell survival. Free from mycoplasma, bacteria, fungi, and yeast, they offer a reliable model for morphological, physiological, and transcriptional research.
