This stamp is part of our partnership with Public Citizen, which was started in 1971 and based in Washington, D.C. Their mission is to make sure that all citizens are represented in the halls of power. Public Citizen has been especially active in helping to pass state resolutions in favor of amending the constitution to get money out of politics. This desk stamp uses an internal ink pad. It is spring-loaded so that it re-inks automatically after each use. The internal ink pad in RED is re-inkable and replaceable. No external ink pad is required.
